Nicole Christine Hampshire

Hello! My name is Nicole Hampshire and I am from Indianapolis, Indiana. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI) spring of 2019 and now I am pursuing a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Visualization (BVIS) at University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).

 

I look forward to becoming a certified medical illustrator and creating artwork that helps bridge gaps in scientific understanding!

 

Ever since freshman year of my undergraduate career I have been passionately pursuing a future career in medical illustration. During the fall of my junior year, I participated in the National Student Exchange to Iowa State University to gain advice from faculty and connect with students in the Biological (Pre-Medical) Illustration department.

Outside of my coursework, I enjoy training for and racing in long distance running competitions, lifting weights, and studying to obtain as many fitness certifications as possible!
